The Andes run through the middle of Ecuador as a line of volcanoes. Living in Quito in 2022 and 2023, I climbed Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Carihuairazo and Pichincha, and hiked Morurco. I have also climbed Fuya Fuya, Imbabura and Cayambe, and those guides are on the way.
