China is the largest country in East Asia, and this hub covers two of its most unusual places, Hong Kong and Macau, former British and Portuguese territories that are now special administrative regions. At the beginning of 2018 I spent three days in Hong Kong and a week in Macau, staying with a friend. My only time in mainland China was a day in Zhuhai and Beijing's airport, so there are no mainland guides yet.
